World Recycling Day: Save the planet with RHINOSHIELD
Each year, a large amount of carbon dioxide is released from both household and manufacturing industries. Each year, the world produces 2 billion tons of waste, and it is expected that the amount of waste will increase to 3.4 billion tons per year by 2050.
What is World Recycling Day?
March 18 of every year is World Recycling Day to highlight the importance of recycling, which can help reduce carbon dioxide emissions by millions of tons per year and also help reduce resource usage.
Reduce resource usage by using single materials
Over the years, RHINOSHIELD has been trying to do its part in reducing carbon dioxide emissions by continuously improving the manufacturing processes and materials used in manufacturing our products.
What is a single material?
Mono Material is the use of the same type of material in a product to facilitate recycling and reprocessing into new products. In addition to reducing resource usage, using a single material in various products also helps reduce carbon dioxide emissions.
Since 2017 , RHINOSHIELD has adopted the principle of single-material design for all of its phone cases, making them easy to recycle and reuse. In addition to reducing waste, it also helps reduce the use of virgin plastic.
Creating a perfect circular economy
RHINOSHIELD uses recycled materials to make products such as phone cases, phone straps and GRIPs that attach to the back of your phone, using recycled materials from our phone cases and recycled materials from other products.

This phone strap plug is made from recycled Mod NX phone case backing, and the plastic inside has different colored pigments as proof of the use of recycled materials.
