Using exclusive ShockSpread™ manufacturing innovation
Since 2017, RHINOSHIELD has been producing phone cases using a single material, called Mono Material, using a unique innovation called ShockSpread™, which allows the production of shockproof cases from TPE material that is flexible and 100% recyclable.
By producing this Mono Material, our old cases are 100% recyclable, reducing the sorting process, saving time and resources in the recycling process, and also reducing greenhouse gas emissions by a huge amount.
Create a CircularNext Recycling Case
Not only that, we have designed a new phone case that is made from recycling old cases into CircularNext recycled cases that are not only environmentally friendly, help solve environmental problems, and protect our world, but also have the ability to prevent impacts above Military Standard, helping to protect our important phones very well.
The CircularNext case is the result of an innovative Mono Material manufacturing process made from used RHINOSHIELD cases and factory waste cases made entirely from TPE. In addition to being made from 100% recycled materials, CircularNext can also be recycled multiple times, unlike most recycled products that are made from recycled materials but cannot be recycled again.
Use the Close-loop Economy production process
This closed-loop economy manufacturing process is the manufacturing process we use to produce CircularNext recycled cases, a circular system that completely recycles old cases and RHINOSHIELD products into new products. The closed-loop economy manufacturing process involves the following circular steps:
- Sort out old products or cases that need to be recycled.
- Enter the recycling process
- Grind into small pieces
- Produced as plastic pellets
- Melting and shaping
- Produced as a new product
Choose Eco-Friendly Package
We don't just pay attention to the process and products of eco-friendly cases, but we also pay attention to the little things that many people may overlook, such as packaging. Since 2021, we have chosen to use Eco-Friendly Package, made from environmentally friendly recycled paper, instead of using plastic boxes and reducing the use of disposable plastics in packaging as much as possible.
Using this Eco-Friendly Package helps reduce the use of Single-use Plastic in large amounts. In addition, our packaging is certified by FSC: Forest Stewardship Council™, so you can be sure that it is definitely environmentally friendly.
Accepting donations of phone cases through our store and post office.
Another project we have started is accepting donations of old phone cases to be recycled into new products without creating plastic waste. Everyone can join the RHINOSHIELD project to donate used phone cases to produce eco-friendly cases through 2 channels:

You can donate your old and unused phone cases to the recycling box at the collection point in front of your store or at a RHINOSHIELD partner store near you.
Donate by mail
Another convenient option for you is to donate your used phone cases by mail. You can check the information of the places that accept donations and arrange for the delivery by mail to the address.
However, although the shop that accepts phone case donations is currently only in Taiwan, and the postal service may not cover all areas, in the future we plan to develop the network and add donation channels to cover the whole world, so that everyone can join our recycling program more easily.
