- Push the hook from the inside out until you hear a “click”.
- Rotate the hook 90 degrees and slide it all the way to the left and right until you hear a “click” sound.
- Unscrew one end of the cap and slide out the strap adjuster.
- Pass the neck strap through the hook that has been installed, then put the strap adjuster and plug back on.

- Remove both caps and insert the neck strap through one of the attached hooks, then wrap the shorter end of the string around the longer string twice.
- Use the shorter end of the rope to wrap around the longer rope twice.
- Take the shorter end of the rope and insert it from the bottom of the knot up.
- Pull both ends of the rope tight and then close the plug and put it back on properly.
- Repeat for the other side of the neck strap.

If you find the other methods annoying, try tying a knot on both sides and looping it around your neck without worrying about the rope moving around on its own.
- Remove the caps on both sides and slide out the strap adjuster.
- Pass the neck strap through both sides of the neck, fold the straps over, then wrap the ends of the rope around the other rope twice.
- Insert the rope from the bottom of the knot to the top.
- Gently tighten it.
- Repeat with the other side of the neck strap and you're done!
